RECLIFE is a premier life skills and community engagement organization dedicated to empowering young neurodiverse adults as they transition into independent adulthood.
We specialize in supporting Neurodiverse individuals (Ages 14-35 yrs) across the Peel Region who are graduating from high school or seeking a strong inclusive community.
Our mission is to cultivate social confidence, practical life competencies, and meaningful independence through structured, intentional programming designed to meet each participant’s unique strengths and goals.
Driven by passion, innovation, and purpose, RECLIFE builds the supportive infrastructure necessary for individuals to lead fulfilling, self-directed lives — fostering connection, confidence, and long-term success within their communities.

Saturday Social Circle
Reclife's signature weekend program, the Saturday social circle, is designed to foster meaningful social connections and support community integration in a structured, welcoming group environment. Our weekly themed sessions keep each experience fresh, engaging and something to look forward to every week.
$60 per person
Stay connected, build confidence, and make meaningful friendships all from the comfort of your own home. Our digital sessions are designed to be interactive, and skill enabling. Our goal is simple: make our programs accessible to you no matter your physical or geographical limitations .

Online Social Skills Club
Airfryer Cooking Club
Join us on Saturday mornings for a dynamic, hands-on culinary experience.
Our team has developed a structured, easy-to-follow recipe book that Reclife uses to guide members through simple, delicious air fryer creations. From homemade pizzas and sliders to flavourful tacos and more, participants learn practical cooking skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Specialized Behavioural Care
Reclife's 1 - on - 1 program provides support in a controlled, structured environment. We work to reshape habits, temperament, and communication, helping individuals shift reactionary responses towards adaptive, regulated behaviour. Participants learn coping strategies for unstructured situations and challenges.
$35/hr +

Saturday Social Circle
The Social Circle operates every Saturday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM as a structured three-hour community engagement program designed to promote independence, social confidence, and practical life skills. The program follows a thematic model to ensure consistent engagement for participants while providing meaningful support to families.
Program Structure:
Week 1: Fitness & Health
Activities focused on physical wellbeing, healthy habits, and active participation.
Week 2: Creative Expression
Opportunities for artistic exploration, self-expression, and confidence-building.
Week 3: Life Skills Workshops
Practical skill development sessions that promote independence and real-world readiness.
Weeks 4–5: Social & Recreation
Structured social interactions and recreational activities designed to strengthen peer connections and community involvement.

Online Social Circle
Our Online Social Group follows a structured intake and screening process to ensure appropriate placement and meaningful participation. Families complete an initial online screening, after which our team conducts follow-up contact to better understand each participant’s strengths, interests, and social goals.
Participants are then thoughtfully matched with current members in a facilitated, small-group setting to promote comfort, compatibility, and positive peer interaction.

Guided Conversations – Structured discussions that build communication skills, confidence, and social awareness.
Fitness Activities – Engaging movement-based sessions that promote wellness and participation.
Creative Expression – Opportunities for self-expression through interactive and collaborative activities.
Life Skills Development – Practical skill-building to support independence and real-world readiness.
Interactive Platform Games & Trivia – Structured social games designed to encourage teamwork, engagement, and connection in a fun and supportive environment.
Airfryer Cooking Club
Every Saturday from 12:00PM to 3:00PM, we host our air fryer cooking club at our centre, offering Inidividuals the opportunity to participate in a hands-on guided experience.
Each week/month, we distribute a flyer featuring the new recipe that will be highlighted during the session and warmly invite members to join us. The program includes structured instructions and guided support from our experienced facilitators.

We provide a flexible space suitable for workshops, client consultations, small group programs, individualized respite and more.
